A confirmation email is automatically sent with each order so you know exactly what’s going on with your order at all times. However, in the event that one or more of your items is back-ordered, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order and place the other items in temporary back-order status. Once your back-ordered item is in stock, we will immediately ship it at absolutely no cost to you. You may receive multiple shipments for one order, but you’ll never pay a dime in shipping costs. Q: Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?

Because all of our orders are generated automatically, orders cannot be canceled once they are in our system. However, all orders may be returned within thirty days for a full refund – no questions asked!
Q: Can I choose a different shipping method?

Q: Where is my order?
At World-classproducts.com, we pride ourselves on how fast we can get your order into your hands. Fast shipping and low prices is what sets apart from our competitors. All orders placed Sunday through Thursday are processed within twenty-four hours and shipped out accordingly. All orders placed after 1:30 PM EST (10:30 AM PST) Friday and Saturday are processed the following Monday morning.
